Structural RNA Classification
We classified four different categories of RNA architecture which inlcude antisense RNAs, nonannotated RNAs, 5' and 3' untranslated (UTR) regions, and operons. The list of classification were constructed upon the basis of the identified transcription units by our HM-SVMs algorithm.
For
Porphyromonas gingivalis
W83, three growth conditions are available for checking the classification results. Please provide the proper criteria below to access the results.
